high winds high water + Dale =
great fishing, with good color, an lots of wind the fish are feeding throughout the day, using live bait an showing some friends the excitement of small mouth pealing the line off these buggy whip spinning rods with big shad makes for some good fishing this week.
the high water hasnt hurt us at all. most of the fish are from 13-18 foot of water 4-5 lb range, not all have laid out

Congrats on the fish i heard that dale conditions were rough to fish. What dock do you put in at?

I use the state park marina fish with in 3-4 miles of trooper island
main lake area

Rick I have never had my boat on Dale but after all these pics I am 99 percent sure I will be making a trip in October. Keep on catchin those pigs!!
