Jefferson County Sportsman's Club

So I'm thinking of getting the family membership (approx. $130), but I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on the fishing there first.

I will be using the membership strictly for fishing. I don't participate in any of the shooting activities they have.

I am mainly interested in bass fishing, but I don't have a boat. How accessible (for bass fishing) is their 37 acre lake without a boat? How about the pond? What is the family fishing environment like (plenty of bluegill, cats, etc)?
