Hardy Lake

Fished May 26,27,Bass are feeding on what looks to be schools of shad.Look for them all over the lake.Repala X-rap was what was working for me.Most bluegill look to be done spawning.I did catch a few 8'bluegill and redear in the weeds.Talk to a guy that was trolling for strippers and said he could not keep the bass and crappie off his baits,he said the crappie were in the 14" range.

Thats is interesting info, was he trolling on the idle side or the other? The redear and gills are still on the beds, just very picky. I fished out there the last three days and have flat wore them out. Today was slow, but I caught a few redear that went a lb. or better. I saw a ton of bass caught on topwater this week.

Look to be from beach to dam.
