Time to get the boat wet....striper time
Well, got the craving for some fish last evening. Pulled out my only ONLY bag of striper from the freezer. Set the oven at 350, sprinkled some Citrus Grill Seasoning on the the guys, topped it off with some diced tomatoes and then just chilled with an adult beverage for about 45 minutes. Man, nothing better. Now, need to get the boat wet and restock the fridge!! Life is ____!!!

Boone, you are not right. Nothing better than some good fresh fish. Hope to get down on the water myself as soon as I can get away from work. Good luck on the restock.

Gary - those wouldn't have been the ones we caught awhile back, would they? ;)
We're headed out with a guide a week from today. Will let you know how we do.
