Im with you Geo... this man is obviously completely out of touch with reality... He seriously strikes me as someone who was doing drugs while taking this mans question. I heard a report about Stark this morning and several people said he has been mocking and making jokes about people and incidents every since he has been in public service. He looks to me like he's either drunk or high on drugs. That man's head needs some serious repair work.
