Go to bassboatcentral. Check out the "prop" forum. They will need make,model of boat and motor, along with your WOT rpms. They can get you dialed in.
x2 = BBC - props by mark croxston, he can modify your prop to make it do what you want at a fraction of the cost. They're located in Indiana I believe and has 24-48 hr turnaround

go down in pitch, to get a better hole shot. for every number you drop in pitch, you will gain 200 rpm's. if you go to low in prop pitch, your boat will jump up on plane, but it will over wind your engine at wide open throttle. I put a lower pitch prop on my boat, for staying on plane at a slower speed at night. and as soon as I get on plan, I have to back off the throttle. hope this helps.:)

Going down in Pitch will increase your hole shot but you will loose some top end speed.
if u are running a mercury prop some have little black washers in the bottom of them.. i know i run a tempest and i have 2 taken out of mine for better hole shot..
