Fished yesterday from 3:00-6:30, caught 6 LM on large Power worms near deep timber in 16-25 feet of water. Largest was 2.4. Surface temp 86 degrees. Weather was lousy with strong winds and very choppy water, hard to keep the boat in position.
Any reports on the catfish bite on the lake? I'd like to take the wife out to catch a few but don't know where to anchor up.
Not sure, but i have been wondering myself. My dad has property at green river, but he has YET to take me and i am a BIG catfishermen. :(
I have a buddy that has been doing really well jug fishing. He says you have to be in position to start jugging at first light in the morning and after about 2 hours they will totally quit biting. He also said they will not bite again the rest of the day.
