Cage goes in the water, You go in the water...
Shark's in the water! I love that movie!
I know that Bull Sharks have been found swimming in freshwater rivers for quite some time now, but this link really makes me thing "Could there be sharks in the OH river this far away from the ocean"? What do you all think?
The link has a funny address...but it will take you to the video of the shark in the Potomac.

Here's to swimmin' with bow-legged women!
I remember many years ago a bull shark was caught near Memphis TN. That's not too far from the confluence with the Ohio. Still, the confluence is a long way from Louisville.
If a shark can survive the lower salinity of a freshwater river, the only things keeping it in the saltwater would be other water quality issues like mud or oxygenation or difficulty finding food. Hopefully, a few sharks will move up here and start feasting on all the silver & bighead carp. Now, THAT I'd like to see!

According to wikipedia... a bull shark was caught as far north as Indiana in the Ohio River... so being as it is from wikipedia... take it for what it is worth... could be true could not...
