Has anyone seen Duke (Not the dog)?

BAMA went to play football yesterday and Duke didn't show up. BAMA made 28 points in the first 9-1/2 minutes of the game.....burning up the turf!

BAMA - 62
Duke - 13

Isn't 13 an unlucky number?

LOL I just looked at mine and it says I joined in 1969 as well! Okay, I was two in 1969 and I am pretty sure I was not that advanced for my age LOL!

I cant grow a beard. Is that some kind of thing that seperates a man from a boy thing? :confused:

Watching Bama play makes me wonder how any team can beat them. I know an injury could change everything but barring that I see a repeat as champs. They are solid.

I'm a 'work widow' and had to watch the game alone but that didn't keep me from laughing and cheering. After it was over I called my husband at his hotel and he was still excited. It has been a long time since I've seen a team as solid and focused as Bama is.

Duke was there........the people that shouldn't have shown were the people that decided to waste the 3:30 abc time slot with the game. I'm pretty sure Duke lost to Paoli High School here in Indiana last week.......

Alabama's real good. But let's wait to showcase them until they play a team that belongs in 1-A. Next week would be a good time, but I expect them to destroy Arkansas.

Have to agree, Duke has for the most part always been pathetic in football. In 2002 Louisville signed a home and home series with the first game at Duke. Louisville won 40-3 and Duke bought there way out of the return game in Louisville!

Trivia, can anyone name a fomer Heisman Trophy winner who coached at Duke?

Btw, the Alabama vs. Arkansas game will show how good Bama is, which I suspect is off the charts good.
