Can anyone tell me if you can launch a 21 ft ranger from this ramp at current lake levels. A few years back a friend of mine said he backed his trailer off the end of this ramp....I think it was in October.

Use the Shallow Water ramp.
There are two there. The first one you see is GARBAGE this time of year, and you will damage your boat if you're not careful.
The low water ramp is a little tough getting a bigger boat into, but I launch a 19 ft tracker there with no problem.

So just to make sure I understand you correctly, If I am standing looking into pisgah bay from the gravel road, the "shallow water" ramp you are referring to will be the ramp furtherest to the RIGHT. As soon as you come down the hill to the lake, there is a ramp you can see immediately. Do not use this one but the other one to the right a little piece???????
