What would you do if this was your baby?
Do you remember Fred Phelps and his group of fools who protest at the funeral of US Soldiers killed in action? I thought, and still do, that it is beyond civilized.
Now here are a group of people called "intactivists" who are going to riot at the funeral of a baby.

Re: What would you do if this was your baby?
They sound like the same type of crazies like the Phelps family. Full of anger. I would have a small private funeral and hire big body guards to throw those idiots off the property of the funeral home, church and cemetary. Private land so they can be kicked off. People have to stand up against these idiots. Enough is enough!
Re: What would you do if this was your baby?
If it were my son, I'd suggest they bring caskets! I'd supply plenty of ammo to help them take an extended journey. Some people just don't have a life!
Re: What would you do if this was your baby?
I can't imagine the pain. I'm sure they would get under my skin very quickly. Police officers at the service would be a must cause someone will prolly get hurt.
I believe the women would be the ones that would have to be held back.....you don't mess with a mother when she is protecting her baby or the memory of.
Re: What would you do if this was your baby?
I guarentee you at least one of those MoFo's would get the living s#!) kicked out of them if it was my child. Maybe even if it wasnt and I just happened to be in the area.
Re: What would you do if this was your baby?
If it were my baby, and the activists had the protest at the hospital (if you actually read thru the entire article and then the comments section this is readily apparent) I would do nothing. They can protest at the hospital any time they want.
Again, sensationalism at it's best. Read thru the stuff a tad before you just post stuff to get a knee jerk reaction.

I am the person who posted the web address and I didn't post it for sensationalism or a knee jerk reaction. That is just YOUR opinion. Here is another part of the story that I heard which may or may not have been published. I was told that the parents were thinking about cancelling the public funeral and making it a private family matter. I have been too busy to keep up with the story. I don't read many comments because, most of the time, it's hard to actually decipher the point the person is trying to make. I think they are a lot like reading the 'singles & dating' section on Answers.com. Most of the advice comes from 12-18 year old kids.

You are right that is my opinion. So since the protest at the funeral was factually dismissed in the blog referenced and then you stated in your first post:
"Do you remember Fred Phelps and his group of fools who protest at the funeral of US Soldiers killed in action? I thought, and still do, that it is beyond civilized.

What would be the more appropriate phrase?
