That sir, is a TOAD!;)
dang ,the way you held that, it looks about 12!
That's a pig daddy for sure.
Dang Son! Nice job man. Any details? What you caught her on?
Smoke/ red Yum sinko.
Get this Don, Cast it out and let it sink and set the rod down so I could cast a tube jig for these slab crappie we were catching. Saw the line jump and picked it up, no dice.... set the rod back down and about 20 seconds later the line started taking off. Picked it up and there she was..
I'd like to be able to say I pitched back into a 3 inch hole with a special lure of my design and had to battle her out over trees, rocks. cat tails and then in deeper water after she shredded my line and barely lipped her as the last thread of line broke.. but I didn't, it was pretty uneventful but I wouldn't trade it. I think I'm going back to look for a 10 lbr today.
I'd like to have caught this in one of the Pond Hopper Tournaments.
A hawg indeed....nice fish
I figured it was caught in Florida. Was it caught in Lexington? Kentucky?
Caught it in Winchester on my buddy's cattle farm. Deep Spring Fed pond full of bluegill crappie and some Big Ol' Bass like this.. Guy that owns it put a 9'3 in it a couple years ago and has since caught it saying it is close to 10 lbs.
Maybe I'll catch it when it's about 10.5 or 11.. That would be a nice bass in KY!!
