Largemouth replica
Where is the best place to get a replica made of a bass caught? I took a picture of it with my phone, weighed it, and measured the length and girth of the fish at Moutedeer dock, then released her back into Nolin today. I would like to get a replica made of her to put up on the wall but have no clue where to look

Re: Largemouth replica
Bass pro shops does them, but there should be someone near you that does them, or maybe have the phto framed or a painting done, dont gather as much dust that way, several ways to display without mounting or killing, great catch congrrats.:)

Re: Largemouth replica
Saw another one about the same length swim out from under a stump I got hung on like 200 yard from where I caught her. Let's just say, think of shallow and then divide that by 2. The fish were in water so shallow it turned up mud from the trolling motor.

Re: Largemouth replica
I had a 8 1/2lber done at Mikes Taxidermist on cane run road, and they done a nice job, had the length and girth, but no picutre, and it was well worth releasing her full of eggs back into the water!

Re: Largemouth replica
Thanks for all the advice. I ended up going with a place called Fish Scale Taxidermy that I heard about from someone else.
