My buddy and I fished EF Monday. Wind was terrible all day long. We marked a lot of fish and tons of bait. We even threw the net and caught some great gizzards. Fished live bait, threw lures and trolled but never got a touch. Right before dark the wind started laying down and the fishing improved. We caught 33 hybrids casting Gizz 3 Chartreuse Pearl shallow divers to points and near by banks. Nothing huge. Most were just short but a few went 15 to 18 inches. At least we figured them out.
We went again last Wed. and had the same results. We caught most of our fish on the Chartreuse pearl Gizz 3 shallow. We did see a bunch of birds working that was cool.
One of these days I'll have to try for those stripers.

We went again last Saturday. The north shore ramps were closed. Had to drive around the lake to the Bantam ramp. The water temp has dropped to 54 deg. The hybrids weren't very aggressive but we did get 6. All of them were about the same size, 12-15 inches. All but one were caught on Gizz 3's except for one caught on a top water.
