Feels good to be tying with a purpose again...

I have been tying flies every night for nearly a week straight preparing for this upcoming trip....and I have to say....it feels GOOD!!! :D It has been awhile since I've tied with such zeal and purpose...lol. I love sitting in my office...having all my fly boxes open...looking at what I need to tie next....then seeing my box fill up with a dozen of my essential flies. I'm sure we will go through them this trip, especially with two novice FFers in our party, LOL! :rolleyes: Well....off I go tying some more! :o

Won't be able to make it this weekend, not being released until Friday and I have no where near the gear with me to deal with this weather. May come down mid-week next week though and have at it. That will give some time to tie as well. Tiny zebra midges, all sorts of nymphs from 16 on up to 12, a few mayflies just in some more start coming off if the temp gets up like it is supposed to in the evenings, some streamers. What else CR vets?

I might be here ? Might not ??? My older Brother recently had a HA and had a Quad By-pass Tuesday. Have plans to go and see him this weekend. What a scary thing ! He is only 2 years older than I am !
