thursday 11-18-Dale

I fish everyday so the days i dont post i got skunked, fortunate enough to live on the lake.
Fished new water today, went to the Obey, nothing over but so close, might have boated 10 fish by noon, both big fish came out of deep water same point 35ft. of water. On live bait rocky pt. first one drifting, second time anchored over the same spot, if either fish had broke off after seeing them jump either would have been my monster for the year. Except inside the boat they were smaller lol. water was mirror like conditions low light 56-58 degree's

(I had to look several times thought i posted the same fish twice,
those 2 were several fish apart.)
So these are meant to show you when they are on. Not trying to be in your face, I have seen the bite get better weekly.

Yea sure you dont wnat to rub it in as you fish everyday and we are stuck in an office, lol lol lol , always enjoy your posts and pics, makes the day go by faster when a person can look at some good fish pics and read a good report. Keep it up. Thanks

bobby, any time i can help you here u know i will. The only thing that dictates how good the fishing is now is how good the bait is we have for that day. This season none is coming into my net. Thank goodness for those few around me that have nets I can use. Gotten to be hard work pulling it all night,with little to show for it.

I can identify with pulling bait in the cold months with little to show for it. Nice fish though, at least you're fishing. I noticed you use a Minn Kota Powerdrive trolling motor. We have them on 2 of our boats with the co pilots, if you try one, you will never go back to a foot pedal... Good Luck!

after a lifetime knowing where the head was with touch of my foot on the pedal, this is different.
im going to give this a full winter, its nice to have the ability to help somebody in the back of the boat an still have control

I fish out of green john boat, with a yamaha i should be around paulsey / goat by 10 or so if your that way stop by
will be by myself
