I think if you want to fish for trout, then Laurel is the place to go. For anything else, I'd go to Cumberland.
Laurel has some huge Smallmouth & a good population of them too.

laurel is the dead sea lol fished all day 1 bite yesterday not even a trout lol 43 cold water clear dead
