Is Cedar Frozen

Any one know if it is Frozen over.Thanks

Was told by the bait shop down there it is Frozen:mad:

From the dam, parts of it is frozen, but as of today you could put a boat in at the dam and there was plenty of open water to fish. The back of the bays are covered in ice, however.
