Silver Creek.
Any of you guys ever bank fish or wade fish Silver Creek up near Clark County Airport or Lapping Memorial Park? We are moving our plane from being based at Bowman Field to being based at Clark County, and would like somewhere up there to maybe fish after work. I am not going to purchase an indiana license if it aint worth it.

Re: Silver Creek.
I have fished miles of that creek for many years. Its full of fish, just not bringing alot of trophies out! Wading the creek is fun, and you can catch some decent bass throwing small crankbaits. Catfish are alos abundant in the deeper holes around bends of the creek. Sometimes, sauger can be caught pretty good in the creek if you hit it right. Its worth fishing, but don't plan a whole trip around it. Just a few hours to kill kinda thing.

Re: Silver Creek.
Yeah, thats kinda the idea. I fish Beargrass creek on occasion after work here at Bowman. You will catch a bunch of 8 inch smallies, but there are no trophies in that water. I dont really care, its just nice to go back to basics and carry one spinnin rod to the water and throw old school t-rigs and inline spinners...
