Just a guess but I would bet that the state park ramp on Dale Hollow will be okay by Saturday morning. Most of the roads are clear around Summer Shade KY. I'm roughly 25 miles west of the state park. We may have 3" of snow on the ground as of this evening.
Ramp at Wisdom Dock clear so I would bet the state park ramp is also.
CL here, West end. Got less than 1 inch Wednesday and most of that melted off the roadways Thursday. Should not be a problem. :)
i dunno about the roads but fishing is tough as ever on dale right now.... i fished last friday with overcast adn spitting snow a little and i couldnt get a sniff with the FNF or the jig... the water is around 39 to 42 degrees....
Ditto for Cumberland. I fished out of the dam last Friday and only caught one drum on a jig. No smallmouth or largemouth.

Time for the Yellow Hoss Fly (Yellow Asprin Head), Ryan. 1/4oz fished on 6lb Flourocarbon, drag it on the bottom SLOW SLOW and SLOWER. No trailer. The jig looks yellow but Billy Westmoreland told Steve Headrick that the yellow color is not what it is 20 feet under water. Fish it in 15-30 foot of water, points next to the river channels that lead back to spawning areas with pea gravel. The Smallies will start putting on eggs HEAVY right now and no matter the water temp will start staging to go spawn starting next month on the full moon. Study your map and think if I was a Smallie where would I spawn, then work backwards from these areas to find the points, and especially the ones with deeper water with dropoffs close by for the honey holes right now.
