Nolin monday???
Does anyone know if wax ramp is useable? I had hoped to chase a few bass if I can launch safely and avoid ice. Also, I am a new to that end of the lake so can I idle safely to deeper water heading toward the river or do I need the trolling motor? I understand the lake is @3foot over winter pool. Any insight would be appreciated.

Re: Nolin monday???
Ice shouldn't be a problem come Monday with the big warm up starting. I'd venture to say there will be quite a few boats down there Sunday with the rising temps. Morning ice could be a factor from days previous use. So far as lake being up 3' hard to say weather you make it through or not. It do get shallow and once you make river proceed with caution as it can be a good dinger the shallows will creep up on you fast. River today seems to be starting to cloud up a little so run off may make it a mud hole? Depends on how fast it melts.

Re: Nolin monday???
I'm planning on being up there Wed & Thurs...think I'll stay away from the upper lake due to all the snow melting, should muddy things up at the top of the lake. I'll try Moutardier, and go up from there...try to get as far up lake as I can while avoiding the chocolate milk, lol! :D
