When does all the staggering amounts that today's athletes make going to stop??
Re: $55.4 MILLION on failed Tiger Woods Project..
Don't read anything there about any of it being his fault. When is everyone gonna quit hating on people that make money. If these guys were not the best at what they did they would get a regular job like the rest of us. As long as we pay to see them play and purchase merchandise and everything else it won't stop at all. I for one am just jealous I'm not a star athlete
Re: $55.4 MILLION on failed Tiger Woods Project..
Sounds like it was great timing on him getting paid. Dubai was out of control on spending and income to locals was absurd. The bubble popped and this venture was a victim of the financial crisis. The group that gave him the contract seemed crazy to me. Who does business like that??? I wonder how much he would have received if it was a success???
So the joke now can be "if you believe that i have a golf
course in the middle of Dubai I can sell you" Great location and its cheap!
Re: $55.4 MILLION on failed Tiger Woods Project..
What SHOULD bother you is all the water necessary to keep a freaking golf course in the DESERT.........
The world bitches about the United States needing to be green. Where is the UPROAR about this silly ****.
Maybe the EU, which gets a significant amount of oil from the UAE should BOYCOTT it........I mean they are so worried about the globe and all.
Later,
Geo
