Best team in Los Angelas.....THE CAVS

Yes, the Cleveland Cavaliers are the best NBA Basketball team in LA. I know you are saying, "What??" But here me out. The Cavs lost 26 games in a row until the LA Clippers came to town last week and the Cavs won. The Lakers beat the Cavs by 55 points a few weeks ago then they came to town last night and THE CAVS WON. Round robin and the Cavs beat both of them so they must be the best NBA team in LA.

How in the hell can the Lakers lose to the Cavs? 2 Time Defending champs against a team that has won 1 game since who knows when and the Lakers lay an egg. 50 points in the paint by the Cavs, can you name any frontline post player on the Cavs? All I have heard is Bynum, Gasol and Odom are the Big 3 up front and their size is something that all teams can't match up with....Blah Blah Blah. The Cavs put up 50 points in the paint last night. Gasol did have 30 points and 20 rebounds so he did his part. I heard that Demarcus Cousins was fined 1 game check for his outburst the other day, $41,000. If Cousins makes $41,0000 and he is making the guaranteed rookie money what are the egg layers making for last night? I will tell you.

Kobe Bryant - $302,515 per game

This is why I like the college game better. Not that the kids in college are not getting paid, WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE GETTING PAID, but they are not getting paid more than the coach and therefore the coach still has some authority. Just like the Utah Jazz when it came down to Williams or Sloan and the owner chose Williams, the rest of the NBA is just like this. The players have the power and authority to play or not, play hard or not, lay an egg or not. There is no fear of being benched or not getting any playing time because as long as the players make tons more than the coaches the NBA will STINK

I don't understand the Lakers. They have the tools but it looks like they are cruising and trying to stay healthy??? The boys are getting old so maybe they are trying a new tactic? I just don't understand....

Clippers are much more exciting to watch right now.

The Lakers will not have home court advantage in the Conference Finals and may not even have them in the Conference Semi's. I think they have lost a step, Artest is not holding his own, Bynum is over-rated, Kobe has lost the drive and motivation, They are done. Kobe may be the best finisher in the game but if you are behind double digits in the 4th quarter he may not get a chance to finish. With them being tied with Oklahoma City for the third best record in the West behind San Antonio and Dallas and having already lost 8 games at home as it is, the Lakers are in bad shape to 3-peat. Duncan has a couple in San Antonio, never like Dallas and never will as long as Cuban owns the team, can't stand the Lakers, always been a Kevin Durant fan from the time he was at Texas and would love to see OKC make a run. Don't think they can beat San Antonio but would like to see them get to the finals. Durant and Westbrook are the best young duo in the game.
