Carmelo to the New Jersey Nets

Hopefully the Carmelo Anthony trade will go thru so it can stop being mentioned on every other topic of Sportscenter. Supposively the Nets and Nuggets have agreed on a Carmelo trade pending Carmelo signing a 3 yr 65 Million dollar contract extension before the trade is complete. Deal is

Nuggets get: Devin Harris, Derrick Favors, Troy Murphy, Ben Uzoh and 4 first round draft picks

Nets get: Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Melvin Ely and Renaldo Balkman

The Nets are absolute IDIOTS to make this deal. Derrick Favors and a couple of first rounders is too much, less 4 first round draft picks. The Billionaire Russian owner of the Nets, who said a couple of weeks ago, "The deal is done, we are out of the Carmelo trade talks, it is taking up too much time and resources.....blah blah blah blah" I guess you can have a Billion Dollars but not 2 cents worth of commen sense.

I agree let it be done...puhleeeese. It' s almost like the whole drama has to be more glorious than Lebron leaving Cleveland or Favre leaving football again an again.
