Gander Mountain
Gander is having a descent sale for once - what caught my eye was all Trigger X baits buy 2 get 1 free . Thats a nice savings and they finally have the whole line of baits in stock . Berkley Power baits are buy 3 get 1 free . Rapalas , Senkos 20% off . Lots of other stuff also on sale . They have my favorite fluorocarbon , Berkley Pro in the green tint . Read that even though fluorocarbon is invisible under water the line still has a profile - needs some color to break it up and the green works great . Used it last year along side Seguar Abraiz X and it caught more and held up better . Now that Ive spent my tax return it needs to warm up !

Re: Gander Mountain
Did you noticed if any of the rain gear was on sale?
Are you familiar with the term "Refractive Index".
Fluorocarbon must have a very similar Refractive Index than that of the water and thus will appear to become invisible to the human eye when put into water.
Different fishing lines have different optical properties and therefore different Refractive Indexes.
We see things in the water when they have a different refractive index than that of the water. The greater the difference in the Refractive indexes the easier it is to see.

Re: Gander Mountain
I ordered lipless crankbaits from GM and they backordered. Thought I'd take advantage of 20% off & free shipping over $50. Can't wait for them to arrive. Going to BPS Saturday and buy them.....maybe.

CORRECTION: I ordered them from Tackle Warehouse. Between Gander Mountain, BPS, & Tackle Warehouse I can't keep anything straight. Sorry for the confusion.
