Taylorsville bass?
Has any body been lately? I noticed settlers trace is finally open. Any help on what to use and where to start would be appreciated? Where do most bass on this lake spawn? Ive heard where the salt river enters the lake where theres about a 5 foot average depth. Thanks in advance!

Re: Taylorsville bass?
Yeah it can be tough . Seems like every year they forecast that its gonna get better, but it never does. I live right by the marina and fish it pretty often. I sure wish it was a better lake. It just gets so much pressure. In spring, the areas around van buren and chowning can be pretty good up in the shallows. Just be careful as there is alot of debris up there. I also catch several out of jack's creek. It goes forever up in the shallows. Lots of plastics and jigs for size, crankbaits for the numbers. Good luck. It should turn on in the next few weeks.
