AARP deliberately lied to their customers about Medicare PART D insurance.
They basically told folks that they could ONLY purchase it through a single company, and that single company is the single largest vendor of Part D in the country.
Also, that single company, is the LARGEST healthcare related donor of moneys to the Obama Administration........
So yea, they should be investigated............

Not sure what your saying? Payback for who?
Obama voters
Actually, I heard today that the investigation is more about their tax exempt status.
It probably should be ILLEGAL for a non profit to pay 120 million to convince folks to sign up for their PART - D program, which is administered by a FOR PROFIT company, and where AARP gets a kickback for each subscribed member.......Even though AARP is non profit, the company is NOT, so AARP made profits from this venture.......
Yea, RIP their non profit status out like a wild hair..........
