Stripers on Cumberland this week (5/30-6/3)
Thinking of heading to Cumberland this week to try for striper again.
Does anyone have any ideas or tips as to where they might generally be located right now.
I'll probably be putting in around Jamestown, but could go elsewhere depending upon info.
Thanks!

give me a call or PM, looks like I lost our phone number???
ps, one of the better striper guides seems to spending most of his time in the tailwater, rather the the lake, and catching some nice stripers. Check out some of the reports and compare...now not saying you should put your boat in that River!!!

I haven't gone yet. I'm just fishing tomorrow morning (Wednesday). I guess my thread title was a bit misleading.

Well - I don't have much to report. We got a bit of a late start due to various things including taking my niece with us. We were probably fishing a little more than an hour after official sunrise - which means almost 2 hours after I'd like to be.
We also had some technical difficulties with the trolling motor - which I'll now need to address.
Trolling with the big motor, we did have one fish on for a little while before it threw the hook. I think it was a striper, but not sure.
Water was like glass and very clear. Not a lot of debris, but there was some.
Thanks for the tips on where to go - you know who you are! ;)
