License plates for anti pron group

It seems that the Ky transportation Cabinet is allowing a privite anti porn group to sale license plates thru the ky system for procedes to benifit their cause, saw this in a news bullentin, sorry for spelling, no spell ck here. Is it correct that they can allow this group to do this, but disallowed the confederate flag and other groups. I do not condone the flag nor do I support the anti porn group. However this does not seem right to allow them but deny others. Where is the seperation between church and state, I smell a very big lawsuite coming from this. Just find it interesting that our state, which needs money, is allowing this, but nothing surprizes me any more with the dummies we have running this state. I saw this thru the WBKO website. Lets here your opinions please.:confused:

I agree 100%. I don't care about porn, never been interested in it much myself, but whatever floats your boat is up to you. Bottom line, you can't restrict it much without tromping on the First Amendment. But regardless of all that, if they allow this group, who's next, the Westboro Baptists?

I'm sure they've done it as some kind of nonprofit organization to get it pushed through....the only bad thing if someone files a lawsuit against this, they may have to take some things away from other very important nonprofit organizations (cancer research)
