NRL 7/13/11
Had some time this evening so I snuck out to NRL...got to the dam around 5pm, water temps were 91 degrees, clarity excellent. Found numerous jumps, more so than normal, all the way up toward the State Park. I threw the usual 4" fluke, and just nailed them! It appeared there were a lot more bigger fish tonight...average was around keeper size, with an occasional 3-4lber. I also found a lot of whites working with the bass, and I caught several nice whities around 2lbs...fun fighters! All in all, a beautiful day...had the whole area to myself...fish were flopping out of the water everywhere...my line was constantly being stretched....life doesn't get any better! :D

Saw a coosa at outfitters in Lville last week. Nice rig don't know if it was your model or not. If that chick in the pink kayak from your club is there, then Dog Creek is the place to be this weekend.

There are 2 different Coosa kayaks. The cheaper 1 has a permanent seat and the other has a better seat.I got the better seat and havn't seen anyone that has the other seat.
