NRL 7/27/11

Went to NRL this afternoon...arrived at Dam around 3pm. Put in and went up toward State looking for jumps. Usual spots were not producing jumps, but found a few scattered on the main lake. Started off throwing the double zulu rig, and caught several doubles...that's fun! Then I switched to a popper, and started to nail some nicer fish...keeper size+. It was on pretty good from about 3pm-4:30pm....then it just shut off. Water temps were 93.5 degrees! Air temps were ridiculous...I tried to just stay along the shady banks to get a break from the heat! :eek: I was the only insane fisherman on the lake that I saw, lol.....must be something wrong with my brain! :rolleyes:
