NRL 8/12/11
Took a buddy of mine from Mississippi to NRL this am, first time he had bass fished KY waters. Got to the dam ramp @ 0615, beautiful air temps in the low 60's, felt gooood! Water temps were down to 82.5, very nice! Didn't make it out of view of the dam, and we were on jumps....all over the main lake. We fished for three hours, caught fish non-stop...couldn't find the bigger ones though, but did manage a few decent keepers. Caught several doubles on the double Zulu rig, that is always fun. Jumps slowed considerably once the sun came up high. All together, beautiful morning!

Amen brother! Can't wait for the stripers to get in the jumps at Cumberland...that is if we still are here.
