Tee ... you can check thru this site - http://cedarcreeklakeoutfitters.com/ - and see pics of the lake, fish caught, etc. You'll get some idea of baits used, by reading the fishing report ... even though it's a month old.
You can also get some good info on the KDFWR website, about how the lake was put together ... and a map of the layout of the lake, & where the ramps are. http://fw.ky.gov/cedarlake.asp

Re: Cedar Creek Lake????????????
Well I have been there a few times and have not figured out how to catch the bigger ones consistently, but yeah jigs and crankbaits do work well for me. Dont know whats going on right now but have caught a lot of bass on topwaters (spook and buzzbait) and have caught great numbers not great size, on a fluke. I just havent been in a while, hope helps a little and i am sure someone else on here can tell u more. good luck!
Re: Cedar Creek Lake????????????
I would call Randy at Cedarcreek lake outfitters for the latest report on the lake. His phone number is on his website. He has always been helpful when I call for information. It has been slow but it's time for it to crank up. Try a frog in the grass and don't forget your spinnerbaits.

Teebass---
Topwater early and late have been producing. Lipless cranks have done well recently also. Think they are feeding pretty heavy on shad right now.
Hope that helps....and as already mentioned the guys at Cedar Creek Outfitters will give any advice they can as well.
Good luck and be safe...lot of hidden stuff out there.
