Re: 2011 KY Elk Camp Pics
These are some pretty nice pictures...appreciate you sharing them here.
Dag gone man...those Elk get to be some big ol' critters don't they! I'd love to go out on an Elk watching tour sometime, maybe hear some bugling, etc...

Re: 2011 KY Elk Camp Pics

It is absolutely awesome to hear one bugle especially if they are say within 10ft, lol. Makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. As for mr. noshoulders, it only took us walking by him 3 times to finally see him! I killed a 32" copperhead a few days before but did not get any pics. Lots of ole tight-eyes in this area along with some nice elk.

Congratulations and thanks for posting the pics. What an amazing trip! Did you ambush the big bull elk near the water hole?

That little pond is about 5 miles from where my bull was taken. I saw a nice 6x6 there scouting in the summer but posted the picture as a representative picture of the typography.
I also forgot to mention that I just discovered that I had a picture of this bull during the summer on one of my trail cams about 3-4 miles away from where he was taken.
