The fisherman on herrington have the tightest lip of any lake in ky
Big tourney next weekend. Even the fishermen get Lock Jaw on Herrington.
ha ha i hear that. I just want to know if they are biting? And what ppl think it will take to win?
Fished out of byrant's camp in a jon boat 2 days ago for about 3 hours in creek directly across from the ramp. Had 2 keepers both about 14 to 15 inches. Both caught near lay downs on blaze co herrington craw sweet beaver. Never fished that end of the lake before.
It has been a long time since I have fished there, but you cannot go wrong at the hogs back
I have only fished there once for bass and hooked a big bass around wood cover with a zoom speed craw in watermelon red

I grew up going to Gwinn Island, man I bobbled around on the point of Hogs Back many a day with the family. Talking 30 years ago. Wow.

Wonder how many lower units are at the bottom of that Hogs Back? When the water is down, it gets very narrow in there. I've seen guys blast right through it. It has my respect everytime I go through there.
I used to live on Waterworks Rd that goes along the opposite side of Dunn Island. Used to go exploring Dunn all the time when I was young. Definitely have to respect the Hogg! All those lower units provide great cover for the bass! :)
