11-30 Dale Strong Bite today
11-30-Fished today with better results, I found these fish in deep grass,
fished down by 1st Island/Goat.... stayed on fish till about 1pm, using livebait. headed to the obey an tried some long points hard bottom, no luck, went back to the grass an picked up a few more.
nothing real heavy today 19-20 inch fish...lake is still rising, good color.

6'6" spin med action, (nothing high end needed same w/spin reel, I use a high end P line also not needed this time of year, a good 8lb line will work fine, (fall lake stain, is a litttle more forgiving) line visability doesn't matter.
either carolina rig a egg sinker, 15 inches between hook an sinker, or use a split shot, both work kind of depends if you need the throwing distance, size hook, a good 2/0 wire crappie hook is fine, it tends to straightend gettting your rig back. from the boat 3 rods are allowed.
hook the bait on the nose if you want to drift it. behind the dorsal fin if you bottom fish.
A set up for a pattern is helpful, A. deep rod,B. toward the bank parallel, C. an one in between.
let me know if i can help, bait care with these temps now is also forgiving.
