It will expire on Feb. 29. You'll need to next the license year's after that. https://fw.ky.gov/license/waonlinefront.aspx
Thanks that's what I thought
Yeah, I don't know when KY and TN are going to get with the times and expire it a year from the purchase date.

Do some states go one year from the date of pourchase? I get Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana year long license and the all expire at a set date. I believe Indiana's is March 31. Any other state I have fished in I bought a one day or three day license so I am curious.
I have a Mi and its the same as Ky.Would be nice from date too date though.................
You can purchase the 2012 licenses online now. The 2012 license will be good on 03/01/2012.
The webise site will give you a choice of current year or 2012 year license.
Florida out of state fresh water license is a year from the date purchased. Yeh, I know that helps you with your Kentucky question.
All other licenses I've purchased expire on a set date. ie Feb 29 or March 30 regardless of when you purchased them.
alabama's expire September the 1st.
