What a shame. With all of the billions of our dollars our government gives freely to other countries before they see to the needs of America should be a crime.
All of the talk of Entitlements I guess this poor man is not as entitled to his tax dollars as the rest of the world is.

Pretty much my thinking. I'm willing to bet if he was an illegal he would have had the surgery already. Just sayin.....
