If your talking about the dock that was at the end of Bee Creek RD, no its been gone for several years. I was down there a few years ago and the river was so low you could use the old ramp to put a boat in. I never fished for white bass but have caught lots of crappie and I know people that catch some good walleye in the spring. Also when they are generating on lake you can go up the Laurel River and catch stripers.
I think you are referring to Noe's Dock, if I'm not mistaken. Beautiful area.
I'm originally from just west of that area in Pulaski County.
If you have a taste for old nostalgic fishing photos of the Cumberland/Rockcastle Rivers area, some of you might find these old photos worth checking out. Type in "fishing" in the search box at this link and see what comes up:

Two summers ago I put in where the Rockcastle river runs in to Lake Cumberland. There is a decent ramp and a rough old boat dock there. I pulled up to the dock and a man came out, looking pretty rough. He didnt have any minnows or much advice so I didnt stay around long.
Here's one from the collection I really like. Anyone recognize this place?
