Great shot!
But man that was a HORRIBLE charging call that set it up. The defender must've moved 3-4 feet to the right after the offensive player left his feet. That's either a block, or a no-call with the game on the line.
The kid that took the charge goes to church with us. I thought it was questionable, but if you go strictly by the way the block/charge rule is written, it was probably a charge. At least according to the tape, I wasn't there so I can't say for sure. Btw the big dark haired kid guarding the ball handler out fron in the first of the video is UK commit Derek Willis.
It was ESPN's #1 Top Ten Play of the Day. D Wade was #2 and Lebron was #3. Bet there are not too many if any high school kids in Kentucky that can say they beat D Wade and Lebron in something.
Gary Harris, an Indiana kid, made the #1 ESPN play last week during sectionals on a game winning shot. Too bad he is going to Michigan State!
Go chargers!!!!!
Too bad they have to play the Trinity Shamrocks in round one but at least they won't have to spend a bunch of money on hotel rooms. Go Rocks!
It's every high school boys dream to be able to beat PRP...reminds me of the shot Indiana took to beat U of K this year...take a shot from a hail-mary territory, say a prayer and hope it's nothing but net.
Nuff said.

I will agree that Trinity is the favorite, but Bullitt East is going to be a tough test for them. IMO Trinity was fortunate to be there, Ballard didn't put them away when they had the chance.
Best thing about East, they have state tournament experience. Most of these kids were starters on last season's final four team and they are still only juniors. They return four starters and five of their top six next season and will probably be the preseason favorite to win the whole thing.

Tim T is just a plethora of knowledge.

Nah, Tim T's son played with and against most of those kids and Tim T has coached the Willis kid on an AAU team. Plus Tim T lives in Bullitt County where all you hear about is the Chargers basketball team and Tim T is lacking in social life! :)

Whatever....Watford took a lightly contested three from just beyond the arc, while in rythym...a shot he regularly makes. Clutch, yes....a miracle shot no!
