question

I have a 175 merc and the boat is coming out of the hole real slow,there are three holes in prop with one p.v.s. Plug in place, the other two have none. Should i plug all three up and will this hurt motor or just take away top end speed.anybody know anything about this. New to this site, thanks in advance.

plugging them up will make your holeshot slower yet. take them all out and try it. those wont affect top end

hay, sorry about double site posts, just did not know how long it would take too get reply.by the dates and times on the boat disc site i did not think anybody was paying attention to it .so i posted same on fish board.im new to site and really appreciate the help,so thanks for info and good luck fishing!!
