Scared the crap out of me tonight. They kept trying to give it away. All good, heading to Phoenix.

Who?
Come on Elwood, you know he's talkin about Syracuse
LOL Elwood.
Here is where things get tricky for me. In my bracket I have Louisville making the Sweet 16 and losing to Michigan St. This was a game I debated over in my feeble brain. Rick Pitino has never lost a Sweet 16 game in his enitre head coaching career. Undefeated in that round. Usually his teams win pretty handily. I think it is because he has a week to get ready for one team.
On the other hand, since he has been at Louisville Pitino has a 1-6 record against the Big 10 (the win was an 18 point beatdown of IU:D). He is 0-1 against Michigan St. losing as the number one overall seed in the Elite Eight three years ago.
It was tough to do, but I picked Michigan St. Now I will be forced to cheer against my bracket!

YOU HAD to bring that one up.......I was there.....showin my Hoosier PRIDE in a very dangerous way. I was decked out in IU garb, surrounded by Cards. IU pretty much dominated Louisville, and then with something like 2 minutes left in the game, the cards went on a 18 - 4 run or something like that.
IU Lost, and I ate a TON of crow........TON........and barely made it out of Freedom Hall alive :):) .
Later,
Geo

My BAD, I forgot about Jim "I can't tell the truth" Boeheim and his merry band of misfits.
It has been a long time, but I think the comeback started early in the second half. Funny you were there, so was I. I got a ticket at the last minute, left my son's basketball game as soon as it was over, met my buddy in front of Freedom Hall and got to our seats during team introductions. I am glad I got that ticket because the game ended up not being shown on TV because of the space shuttle explosion. I remember seeing Billy Packer and crew just sitting at the press table watching the game but not doing commentary.
