Florida is an "at will" state, so a person can be fired for any reason. I wonder what the back story is.

If this is really an innocent group wearing orange for happy hour........I'd be pissed, really pissed.......BUT if they were trying to collectively do "something" well.......they might have got what the deserved, especially if they were warned.
