The HAMMER has been DROPPED
I think the NFL office has the attention of all there teams. Sean Payton was suspended for 1 year, the former defensive coordinator suspended indefinitley and the team fined $500,000 and give up draft picks. I think Roger Goodell is proving once again that if you break the rules you will pay a very heavy price. I also think it's good that someone making these over paid athlete's accountable for their actions.

He also banned their GM Mickey Loomis for eight games, and an assistant coach for six. And player punishments are coming, but they have to be discussed with the Players' Association. He's doing what he's gotta do.

Yep stick it to them! Kinda surprised by Drew Brees and his tweet. He prolly knew all about it anyway and can read as well as anyone. Heck he has access to info we dont and he wants an explanation?? Give me a break.
The team will pay the piper and it won't bother me to see them flounder next season.
Re: The HAMMER has been DROPPED
Greg Williams was the Defensive Cordinator for the Saints who is now the Defensive Cordinator for the Rams. He is suspended for the whole year and then some, indefineately. Don't lie to Roger Goodell because he will drop the hammer. I wonder how many players are going to get the hammer dropped on them? Williams had the same incentive in his former teams as well. How far back is Goodell going to go to suspend players? Big huge loss for the Saints and it will take a couple of years for them to recover from this.
