Fished Rough today. from about 10 to 2. Caught 10 keepers in 12' of water fishing 8 ft. deep with minnows. Water was stained 64 degrees. All fish caught were in the 11-12" range and 2 were full of eggs.

I only fished near axtel and the water looked lightly stained. I took a ride up Long Lick and it was more paper bag color.
