Barren River hybrids!!

Below the dam and in the spillway the stripe are hot, craw fish are knocking them out, only problem is fighting the crowd, you need to know how to say excuse me in at least three or four languages. most of the folks are considerate and will help move their lines if you have to walk them down the dam. then there the ones fro eastrn europe who have a bad attitude, even cut my grandaughters line when she had one on, my son in law explained it in a way he could understand he threw a 40lb test across the rude guy's lines and reeled them in and cut both of his lines for him handed him his hooks and sinkers, But other than that it has been realy hot down there last time we had a spring run like this the state record was caught. catch some shad or craws and head on down, not sure how long the run will last, but when they are coming in at six lbs plus ,our biggest was 13.8 had a ball

WTG!!! Biggest Hybrid I ever caught was from BRL tailwaters...caught it in the month of May. I hear ya on having to be multi-lingual down there...it can be crazy! Good luck to ya! Have fun!
