Seen them at Wal-Mart.
Just do some shopping online. Most novelty stores have them dirt cheap.
I think commercial fishermen use them, so maybe check a fishing supply store as well.

I used to get these at Army surplus stores. The Army relys on them. If you buy a box of 50, every one will work. I bought cheaper ones before and had to break 3 to get one to work. These little dudes are the only thing I use anymore.
