nolin

fished nolin this saturday and sunday. it was a rough weekend. we tried topwater early in the morning and had a couple small ones but not many bites. we tried jigs,crankbaits,and brushhogs with no luck. tried to keep on the main lake points but no luck. anyone else have a tough time this weekend.

Fished Nolin yesterday evening and didn't do too bad. We fished from the dam to Moutadier on main lake points and the drop off near the small island between those two places. Caught about 12, but nothing over 1.5 - 2lbs. We caught fish off crankbaits and carolina rigged worms around 15ft deep.

We fished Green this evening and didn't absolutely terrible. We put in at Smith Ridge and went towards the dam trying the same things we did at Nolin. However, we only caught one bass around 8", lol, better than none I guess :D

Fished Nolin Saturday evening and it was very very slow. Caught about half of dozen mostly all after dark. The cool front really shut them down, at least that what I told myself. Throwing mostly jigs/worms.
