LOL I don't care who you are that was funny. So they say it was a written speech (really?lol)...makes you wonder does he read these before hand or just get up there and do what he is told? I agree, I think he was clueless and just reading what was written for him until it came out of his mouth and heard the reaction. Then it dawned on him what he just said.
