Under the current administration, nothing will change. we definitely need a new administration.
LOL Geo, About a year ago out here, the Bullitt County Public Health Board passed a countywide no smoking ban. The local cities and the County Attorney jumped all over that, taking it to court and arguing that obviously, the county health board was no a judicial entity and was not allowed to make laws.
